If a user is logging into their bundledocs account but is redirecting to a different shared account - there could be an SSO issue.s
To fix this please follow below:
For this an admin or the Organisation group owner need to go to their user name at the topi right > Groups & Sharing. See: https://i.imgur.com/AT9PNGF.png
From there access the Organisation group identified by a briefcase and find the user. Click on the arrow to the left of their username to expand and there click on Revoke SSO. See: https://i.imgur.com/spLAAUq.png
Once this is completed, you will need to change both accounts access from Federated to Application.
For this click on the "User settings" > "Advanced" > "User role" > select Application user. See: https://i.imgur.com/DjVaHUZ.png
Once both accounts are "Application User" they'll be able to login with the user email and password (If users don't remember the password they can click on Reset Password). Once they can login with email and password this will reconnect to SSO
