Users can save a draft dictation into the cloud by pressing X to close the app while there's a dictation in the recorder, and then selecting "Save as Draft"
To return a draft, go to the web portal, go to My Dictations, and the Uploading tab, click on Open, and in there choose "Continue Dictation".
On the mobile app drafts are stored locally on the phone and they must be resumed and sent from the same phone. These drafts cannot be accessed through the web portal as they reside in the phone's physical storage. You can find them in the list view on the top left corner.
