To send a simple fax

Type your fax message in an email – send it to faxnumber@send.faxtastic.co.uk

The text of your email will be transmitted in a fax to faxnumber

 

Eg if I wanted to send a simple fax message to 01142184000 I would type my message in an email and send to 01142184000@send.faxtastic.co.uk

 

To send a more complex fax

To send something more complex like a form or a document you need to save it as a pdf then email that pdf (as an attachment to  faxnumber@send.faxtastic.co.uk (as explained above)

The content of the pdf will then be faxed to the number you specify

 

If you want to check what your fax will look like on arrival at the destination you can (free of charge) send your message or pdf to preview@send.faxtastic.co.uk first and it will return to you a preview of what your fax will look like at the other end – so you can test before you send.

 

This will work from any Taylor & Emmet email address – but there is obviously a small cost to each fax sent.
