Save as PDF toolbar shortcut

In Word, click the dropdown on the quick access toolbar then More commands:

Then change the filter to All Commands and look for Publish as PDF or XPS. Double click to add it to the toolbar then click OK:

Then you can use that shortcut to quickly save as a PDF rather than using the print to PDF function
