Depending on what version of Adobe you have installed some icons may look different, if you have a different version from what appears below then you can log a ticket in the usual way for us to update Adobe Reader:
There is a free function within Adobe that will allow you to add a signature image into a pdf document. You need to go into the fill & sign tool, which you can get to by clicking the icon on the toolbar:
1. click the fill & sign icon from the toolbar:
2. Now once you are within the fill & sign tool window, click the Sign option then click the + to add in a signature image (which should be saved to your pc somewhere in an image format):
3. Click the image tab which will then prompt for you to pick out the image file from your PC, once selected click done and you image will be saved to quickly add to any document:
4. to add a signature just click the fill & sign icon and click the signature then you will be able to drop it anywhere in the document and resize etc. To add a different persons signature yo would need to remove the existing one and go through the steps again to re add
