Ringcentral call queue management

Go to https://service.ringcentral.co.uk/ in a web browser and log in with Single Sign on


It should go to your extension management page by default, if you have permission to manage a queue then click the dropdown in the top right hand corner and go to "Call Queue Management"



If you manage multiple queues you can then select the one you need from the additional drop down list:



Go to settings to manage rules & group members:




Under Primary Members is where you add a new member to the group. The ordering of members here does not apply if there are Custom Rules set for specific days as they will take preference.


Under the Custom Rules Tab, select a rule to edit


Click Next then drop down the Call Handling & Members seciton to see the ordering for that rule where you can just drag the members to reorder them. Click through to to save the amendments
