Outlook task search issue

Outlook > View > View Settings

 

in this new window click on : Filter > a new window will open.

 

This new window has 4 tabs: | Messages | More Choices | Advanced | SQL

 

Click on each tab: Messages > then click on Clear All

 

Move to the next tab: More Choices > then click on Clear All

 

Move to the next tab: Advanced > then click on Clear All

 

Move to the next tab: SQL > then click on Clear All

 

Click OK and then close and reopen outlook it should then display all results.

 

tasks always work in local results only mode, as per design, unlike mails where it keeps a certain amount of emails locally and the rest online.
