this is an ongoing issue we are working on with ETI. The way around it is to go into task manager then select Word and end the task. You can get to task manager a few ways, the quickest is to press CTRL + SHIFT + ESC or right click a blank space on the toolbar along the bottom of your screen and select task manager
The Word process is usually the culprit, select it in the list & end task which should clear the error then reopen the app:
