You must be disconnect from Mattersphere in all applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) and documents closed to clear the cache. 


Click the start menu from the windows taskbar and search for "cache" then open the 3E Mattersphere Cache Manager:



Expand out the connections drop down then into Live and select Cache, distributed & precedent then click clear selected cache (you may need to select the other options if issues persist to ensure all cached items are cleared and the correct ones are pulled from the server)



you will see progress of the files being deleted, once the green progress bar reaches the end close this window and log back into Mattersphere - this should clear any errors
